@1986Fantasia thats true in the netherlands (i was born there and go there often) they have a type of halloween, but no scares, that one reason why im staying in a home in new york for that holiday ;)

@SuperDeadRun349 it depends on your neighbors if they complain the town will mess with you for permits but wont give them to you we had this problem for 2008 and 2009one neighbor is a jerk everyone else is awsome best chance of getting around it is put your haunt up a week or two before halloween and take it down right after halloween they cant process the paperwork that fast and fine you its worth it best of luck to ya

I love halloween! Thumbs up if it's you favorite holiday. I love christmas too, but Halloween gives me this strange, awesome feeling of october..idk how to describe it. :)
